Together, We Are Making an Impact
On April 23, we officially opened our shelter doors and welcomed our first Residents to the Cabin Community! Less than a month later we opened our Safe Space where our unhoused community seeks shelter on a daily basis.
Every week–alongside our commerce Partners–we serve nutritious meals, not only to our Shelter Residents, but to the homeless and hungry across Amarillo. Since 2023, we've served over 250,000 meals at Guyon Saunders Resource Center, Picnic in the Park, East Ridge Mission Center, Mariposa Apartments, Hillside Development Center, and partnered with the City Homeless Outreach team.
In the fall of 2025, we plan to add a new serving site: Transformation Park’s “the HUB” at 601 S. Travis instead of serving at Guyon Saunders Resource Center.
