Getting Help
In search of shelter?
In search of emergency shelter? Come to us. We can help you find shelter in our Safe Space at 1501 SW 5th Ave., next to the bus station. Any unhoused adult (18+) is welcome! Although we remain at capacity, you can call 806-378-9009 or request in person to get on our waiting list.
At this time, all cabins in our Cabin Community are fully occupied, and our Safe Space Residents get priority when a cabin becomes available.
Please see below for a list of other overnight shelters in Amarillo. Each shelter maintains its own operating hours and program requirements. Before visiting, we recommend calling to verify eligibility and availability.

In need of clothing?
We don’t have our own clothing closet, but we partner with many organizations who do! Please visit our friends at the Salvation Army or the Downtown Women's Center (helps both men & women).
In need of medical care?
Please contact Regence or Heal the City.
In need of food?
At risk of losing your home?
If you are at imminent risk of homelessness and have received a utility cut-off or eviction notice, we encourage you to visit our temporary resource center and feeding site, The HUB (600 S Travis), for connections to organizations that can help.
If you have questions, you may also call The Transformation Park HUB at 806-373-0704. Please note that due to high call volume, we may not be able to answer right away. Be sure to leave a voicemail with your name, contact information, age, and a brief summary of your situation, and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
Are you a victim of domestic violence?
If you're in an emergency situation, please call 911. If you're safe and need help, please call 211.
