How can I access your services?Whether you need immediate shelter or are on the brink of homelessness, we’re here and ready to help. Transformation Park provides a variety of services, including shelter, meals and showers to help you get back on your feet. If you need case management services, call us at 806-378-9009 and ask for a case management screening.

How can you help me overcome homelessness?We encourage you to visit us so we can learn more about your situation and work with you to create a personalized plan to exit homelessness. Whether you need help finding housing, accessing services, or connecting with resources, our team is ready to support you every step of the way.

I’m about to be homeless. Can you help me?Transformation Park provides case management services for those who need help preventing an eviction. Call 806-378-9009 to find out how we might be able to help.

Can I stay there overnight?Anyone who is unhoused can stay at our Safe Space night shelter, which is open 24/7/365. Because space is limited, we often reach full capacity. To improve your chances of getting a bed, we encourage individuals to arrive around 8 AM, Monday–Friday, to sign up for the daily waiting list. If space is available, new Residents are accepted around noon on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are meals provided?Meals are provided at least twice per day.

Do you have any access to free or low-cost health care?Please visit our partners, Heal the City or Regence Health Network.

How can I donate a meal?If you’re interested in serving, email our volunteer coordinator to sign up for the next available date.

Do I need a food handler permit to serve?A food handler permit is recommended but not required.

Do I need any kind of qualifications to volunteer?Tell us about your skills, abilities, and interests, and we will help you discover the best volunteer opportunities for you.

Where can I take donations?Donations may be delivered any day of the week between 8 am and 5 pm at the HUB, 601 S. Travis.

How many volunteers did you have?More than 500 volunteers work to support the mission of Transformation Park.

How many hours did your volunteers put in?Our volunteers donated over 3,000 hours of work in 2024.
