Transformation Park highlights increase in shelter utilization in recent PIT Count

The City of Amarillo’s latest Point-in-Time (PIT) Count highlighted some year-over-year changes regarding homelessness in the area. The city’s count identified 728 individuals experiencing homelessness, up from 641 in 2025.
